Health & Safety
Our priority is to give our customers a professional, reliable and personable service but with zero risk to health and safety.
We have invested in the latest window cleaning & gutter cleaning equipment. The water-fed pole system eliminates the need for ladders, so our work is 100% compliable with the health and safety legislation in the UK.
Given the range of situations in which we work, it is essential that staff wear correct PPE (personal protective clothing) whilst in the working environment.

In all environments, whether outside or inside your premises, we are very COVID-19 sensitive.
Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) will be offered free of charge upon
request.
Staff comply with all Health and Safety requirements.

Payments
If you are available after we have carried out the work, we can take card payment from you and provide you with a receipt. If you are not available, we will leave a card to say we have carried out the work requested with the amount owed and ask that payment is made no later than 5 days after our visit via bank transfer. Our account number and sort code is printed on the rear of the card we will post through your door. Please use the first line of your address as the payment reference.
